The Heavenly Celebration - Streamer Service (Andrew East)

This week, Andrew shared a combined message on Celebration for both kids and adults, focusing on Jesus's parable of The Lost Sheep (Luke 15:1–7) to remind us that God loves a party when someone is found. Andrew challenged the grumpy and judgmental attitudes of the "99 righteous" by emphasising the "Reckless Love of God" which drives Jesus, the Good Shepherd, to extreme lengths to seek us when we are lost. He stressed that no one is too far gone because we are saved purely by grace (Ephesians 2:4–5), not works, asserting the truth that "there is no one righteous, not even one" (Romans 3:10). Ultimately, Andrew urged us to join the heavenly celebration and avoid grumpiness, showcasing powerful baptism testimonies as evidence of God's life-changing work actively finding and restoring the lost today.
